"I understand that sometimes things do not go as planned, but this entire process was unorganized and a waste of time and money. Our agent was incapable of getting us the correct coverages, even after we explained the issue. We were charged for the incorrect coverages and were never provided the insurance cards! I didn't even know if my vehicle was legal! We called our previous provider at erie insurance and had the correct insurance in one afternoon. We are approaching three months since these problems have happened and we still have not received any refund on the insurance that we never even had... what a nightmare it was, and continues to be. AT 77 I am not the brightest or quickest senior on the block, however (like my son) he walked me thru everything & I rec'd a substantial savings compared to AAA's quote of $903 for 6 months on a Ford 2020 Ecosport? STATE FARM insured me for approx $696. Josh is definitely an asset on Mac Taggart's team call him first, I did and am so pleased with services provided......."
